Short description of the project contribution

Flexible districts and their incentives for housing companies

Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Zentrum collaborates with the Borderstep Institute in the scope of sub-project Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin. Together with the project partners, models for flexible district behaviour and modular cogeneration installations should be developed. Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Zentrum contributes its experience in energy management to a model quarter. Of special interest are which incentives and returns can result from the flexibilisation of the energy management for housing companies as well as their tenants.
